Unlike conventional anti static or air knife static control systems, the AVALANCHE 10 unique stainless steel point emitters arrangement produces a highly concentrated electrostatic field, which is directed to the substrate surface.

Higher ion force results in better discharging efficiency independent of the substrate speed or its charge polarity.

The emitter points are embedded in an epoxy resin and can not be harmed by vibration or other environmental factors. The system insures reliability even when working in difficult environments and is resistant to all different types of solvents.

The standard interlock auto ON/OFF features well as shockproof emitter pins guarantee operator friendly usage.
